FAILURE
TO APPEAR
A
Failure To Appear violation is automatically added to all
applicable cases, in which the Defendant does not show for
either his initial appearance date or a previously scheduled
court date with the Judge. In most instances, the Court will
provide the Defendant an opportunity to resolve his outstanding
ticket within ten (10) BUSINESS days by sending a notification
to the last known address on file. If the ticket is not resolved
within this timeframe, a warrant of arrest is issued. For
the fine amount, refer to the Fine Schedule.
