Ambassador volunteers help keep Trophy Club’s Town Hall running smoothly by staffing our reception area and assisting with special projects. Additional duties may include answering phones, general clerical, and greeting visitors.
We have been working hard to enhance the volunteer program and experience for our Trophy Club residents. The first way to achieve this was by improving the overall sign-up process for our volunteers. Through close collaboration between both the Human Resouces and Information Services departments, we are officially ready to roll out the user-friendly Front Desk Ambassador Calendar.
Volunteers can now go in and schedule shifts online. Volunteers will need to first register an account before selecting an available date and shift time. Please note, the link is accessible from any mobile, laptop or desktop device. At this time, staff DOES NOT, however, recommend downloading the SignUp.com app to access and register.
